httpx를 버전 0.27.2로 다운그레이드해서 해결.
httpx 0.28에서는 프록시 설정 방식이 변경되어 httpx.Client의 초기화 메서드가 더 이상 proxies라는 인수를 지원하지 않기 때문에 오류 발생
